The Process
Skye Associates offers Executive Coaching both face-to-face or by telephone. Coaching engagements are for six or twelve months. Each coaching engagement is unique and services are customized to meet the specific needs and requirements of individual clients.
To ensure that the coaching achieves both personal and business objectives the following steps and discovery phase are completed:
- Goal alignment – Interviews will be conducted with the sponsor (usually line manager of person being coached), the individual being coached and key stakeholders to identify key success factors, timelines and measures of success.
- Discovery session -The first face-to-face meeting will review coaching guidelines and personal expectations for effective coaching, review initial feedback and start to explore options for influencing effective change
- Coaching sessions – Structured sessions will be held for the duration of the coaching contract, usually conducted by telephone (frequency is determined by the leader being coached and business need)
- Evaluation and review – How has the coaching impacted the participant? Success factors associated with goal alignment (from step 1) will be reviewed.
